I understand the urgency of this feature be resolved, @lmitchell1. Now, I'm here to help you.

This issue is due to that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing the system's unusual responses. Cookies and caches might block you from accessing the Banking page.

To get this issue resolved, we can perform some basic browser troubleshooting to improve and speed up your browser's performance.

Here's how:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Log in to your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private browser and try to go to the banking page. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
    Safari: press Command + Shift + N

  3. If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then proceed with the thing you want to do in the banking page.

Once, you can go through the Banking tab, you can be able to review and categorise your transactions there. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. This article also include instructions on how to match and exclude your personal or duplicate transactions to name a few.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns. I'll be here for you. Take care always.
