Banking Transactions

Hi,

I have two separate issues...

1) I have a few transactions which are showing in my bank but not showing in QB, the balances don't match because of the. I have reset the banking link a few times now and still the same transactions wont show. Started happening around 28/12/2022.

2) Up until about a month ago QB would match with GoCardless deposits exactly. I now seems to have the issue that there is a difference between the amount deposited into my bank by GC and the deposit amount in QB. In order to match the payments I have to make an adjustment where I didn't before, which isn't ideal. The amount adjusted generally is the same as the VAT charged by GC on the service charge. Has something changed recently, it was all working nicely!

Hi poppiesnorth, if the transactions don't appear after updating the account, please enter these manually (via the + New button) or upload a CSV file containing the missing transactions downloaded from your bank. We're aware of an issue where the deposit amount downloaded from GC differs by the VAT amount and we're tracking this on the following investigation: INV-81045 - QBO UK - Deposits created using GoCardless App have fee amount that doesn't match the actual fee on GoCardless - please reach our support team so that we can take the required account info to add you to this. 🙂
