Banking Update

I have followed all the steps to connect to my banks using the new "more reliable" method. It is clearly working as the bank accounts do update/download transactions. However, I cannot get rid of the message, which takes up half of the top of the form telling me my new connection will be ready in about 10 working days... It has been there for 4 months now! 

How do I get rid of this message?

    What is the name of your bank? What is the error message? What other steps did you take so far?
