Been struggling to connect our bank to quickbooks since mid Dec. spent so many hours on the phone to them trying to resolve it and they are not making any effort to sort!

Banking with virgin money.

We currently have an ongoing investigation into why you can't connect your Virgin Money bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineer is currently working on it. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this further.

For now, I'd recommend you contact our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get notified once there's a fix or an update about this issue.

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
Go to Help.
Select Contact Us.
Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
Choose a way to connect with us:

Start a chat with a support expert.
Get a callback from the next available expert.

Hello Community Users, we just thought we'd pop in and update this thread. The connection issue with Virgin Money bank was investigate d by our banking engineers and it was resolved. If for any reason you have difficulty connecting Virgin Money, please reply here and we'll have a look into what is happening and get you a resolution ASAP.
