Hello there, @hayley.candn.ele. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to fix the connection of your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To resolve this, let's first check the account connected to that company. This is to ensure that they don't have the same bank account. This may be the cause why it also gets the transactions of the other one. Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account company if you're having a problem and select the Banking menu.
  2. Then, go to the Banking tab.
  3. From there, check the connected accounts.

If so, you may want to disconnect the account to prevent getting the same transaction. On the other hand, check also the entries and make sure that they have the correct posting account.

However, if you can see that everything is correct, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. Let's start with clearing its cache to eliminate the damaged files. Once done, check again your Banking page. If the same thing happens, I recommend using another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary problem with QBO.

I've also got here a helpful guide that you can use when performing the reconciliation process in making sure your accounts are balanced: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Please let me know how this goes and feel free to post again here. I'm always willing to lend a hand to ensure you can have the correct transactions for both companies. Have a good day ahead.
