Can I connect a UK bank account? Why I am unable to send a payment link?

I'd like to help with your question about setting up a bank account. I'd also like to ask if you're referring to setting up a bank account to receive online payments from your customers?
The UK version of QuickBooks Online offers two options for receiving customer payments; Accept Card Payments with PayPal and Direct Debit with GoCardless.
