Can I Import/export a pay run from a finalised pay run in QuickBooks?

Hi we have two subscription under the  same company in QuickBooks. One of the subscription is for payroll only  and the second one is for our daily operation . How Can I Import/export  a finalised pay run  from one subscription to the other ?

It's not possible to migrate data directly between two QuickBooks Online companies. 

 

If you are not intending to purchase a payroll subscription for each company file in QuickBooks, you can export and import the payroll journal that is produced after finalising the payroll. 


To export, open the Journal entry and select More > Transaction journal. On the report that opens, select Export/Print > Export to Excel. Once saved to your device, import by signing into the relevant QuickBooks company and click the Gear icon > Import data > Journal entries.
