Welcome to the Community, userpandjsfood.

When linking an account in QuickBooks Online, you have to make sure you enter the correct spelling. Otherwise, try entering your bank's URL. I've tried it on my end using Anna Money, but nothing appears on the list. To verify, you can try it too using the steps below:

  1. Select Banking from the left menu.
  2. Click Add Account.
  3. Search your bank or use the correct URL when you log in to your bank's website.
  4. Enter your bank's username and password.
  5. Select the type of account.
  6. Choose how far back you want to download bank transactions.
  7. Click Connect.

If you can't still find your bank from the list, it's possible that the Anne Money does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts). Or, is not a participating financial institution. In this case, you'll want to use the Request support for your bank option and let us know that you want us to support it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Banking tab and click Add account.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click the link saying "Still can't find your bank?".
  4. From the Can't find your bank window, enter the Bank name and Bank web address (URL).
  5. Click Request.
