Can I reconcile without connecting to my bank?

Yes, you can reconcile your account without connecting it to online banking, Handywoman1. This process helps you make sure QuickBooks and your bank's balance matches, so you'll have accurate financial data. 

I'll show you how:

1. Click Accounting, then go to the Reconcile tab.
2. Under Account, select the bank.
3. Add the Ending balance and Ending date.
4. Add if there's a bank service charge or interest earned, then select the accounts.
5. Click Start reconciling.
6. Match the transactions in QuickBooks Online from your bank statement.
7. If the difference value at the bottom is zero, click Finish now.
