Hello, BrianACO.

Welcome to the Community. Let me help you go over to your reconciliation and save it.

Each time you finish reconciling, QuickBooks Online automatically generates a reconciliation report for that session. You have the option to save the report as PDF or print it.

Here's how:

  1. Click Reports in the left panel.
  2. Search and look for the Reconciliation Report in the search field.
  3. Choose the bank and filter the date.
  4. Click the report to open and hit the Print icon
  5. You can save it as PDF or print it.
