Can not connect HSBC Kinetic to QB. There’s an option to connect to QB through HSBC and it works but not connecting to HSBC Kinetic through QB. Any idea ?

Once transactions are imported, all you have to do is review and/or match them to the existing entries in QBO. This helps you make sure you've put every one of them to the correct accounts.
