If you're trying to update your bank account details for your billing subscription, let's try opening your account in a private (incognito) window. Using a safe browser and accessing the program from there can usually fix the issue.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox) 

Once open, try to update your billing information again. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Billing info.
  3. In the Payment Information section, select Edit ✎.
  4. Update your payment info.
  5. Choose the checkbox to acknowledge the change and confirm your updates.
  6. To update your billing address, enter your current address and new address in the next section.
  7. Click Update, then Close.
