Can't connect to Lloyds

We'd want to make sure that you're able to add your Lloyds account in QBO, antong2004.

 

Can you also tell us what exactly happens every time you connect the account? Is there an error message or prompt? In the meantime, I'll share some steps and links that can resolve common issues when adding a bank in QuickBooks Online. 

 

You can start by either logging in to QBO using an incognito browsing session or delete your browsing history. Just use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private or incognito browsing session:

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
