Can’t connect to Monzo

Hi, I’m trying to connect to Monzo. The box comes up saying all done & I get redirected to this page https://static-fdpwidgets.intuitcdn.net but it’s blank. I check back on the connect bank page & it says looks like you didn’t complete the connection with monzo.

 

I’ve tried several times & am not getting anywhere.

 

Has anyone had this issue & managed to get this sorted out?

I haven't received similar reports about this, Summersfabriccrafts.

 

Let me provide some troubleshooting steps so you can connect Monzo to QuickBooks.

 

There's a possibility that a pop-up blocker on your browser is preventing the page to load. Please use this link and follow the steps on how to fix this depending on your browser: Check for pop-up blockers.

 

Once done, connect you Monzo account to QuickBooks. If you're using an app, here's are the steps:

 

  1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar of your Monzo app
  2. Scroll down to 'Connect accounting tool'
  3. Tap QuickBooks.
  4. Transactions will sync every 24 hours after your first transaction settles.
     

If you're still unable to sync Monzo, I recommend uploading transactions manually to QuickBooks. Then, review, match, categorise, and add them to your bank register.
