Can’t update bank account screen freezes on both laptop and phone!!!

Hello @fbach50,

 

App's cache stored on your device may have caused this unexpected behavior. Let's clear them so you can successfully update your bank account.

 

Thus said, here's how you can clear the cache of your QuickBooks app:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

For Android devices:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under App Manager, select your QuickBooks App.
  3. Click Clear Cache.

For IOS devices:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under General. select Storage.
  3. Select your QuickBooks app.
  4. Click Offload App.
