Yes, it's possible to automatically match your Intuit invoices to your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Colin. I'm here to guide you through the process.

If you have linked your bank or credit card that pays for the Intuit invoices in QBO, the expense transaction will be downloaded automatically.

You can create a bank rule to automate the matching of the two. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Rules.
  2. Click New rule.
  3. In the What do you want to call this rule? field, enter a name for your rule.
  4. From the Apply this to transactions that are dropdown, select Money out.
  5. Choose the appropriate bank or credit card account from the All bank accounts dropdown.
  6. Set the rule conditions. Choose between DescriptionBank text, or Amount. Then select ContainsDoesn't contain, or Is exactly to decide how QuickBooks applies the rules.
  7. Define the rule settings by selecting options from the dropdown menus for Transaction typeCategoryTags, and Payee.
  8. You have the option to make QuickBooks automatically confirm transactions that match these conditions once they’re downloaded from the bank by toggling the option.
  9. Once done, select Save.

Additionally, ensure to reconcile your accounts  to keep them accurate and up-to-date.
