Welcome to Community, @info-sparkystu-g.

I'll share some information about importing prices. If your wholesaler can export an Excel or CSV file, then you can import it into QBO. QBO can import products and services list, that includes the item price.

Learn more about this feature in this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

When you're ready, you can follow these steps to import:

  1. In your account, go to Gear and then select Import Data.
  2. Choose Products and Services. Then, tap Browse to upload the file from your computer.
  3. Tick Open and then Next.
  4. Map your information. Your Field represents the headers on your spreadsheet. From each drop-down ▼ menu, select the one that matches a field in QuickBooks Online.
  5. Then, Next. If you see some cells highlighted in red, this means the cell is invalid. Check the cell in your spreadsheet and try importing again.
  6. Pick Overwrite all values for each product or service with the same name. Make sure everything looks correct because this can't be undone.
  7. Click Import.
