Cannot Connect to Co-operative business Banking account

Hiya!

 

I have been doing manual file uploads to the banking module as Co-operative bank hadn't upgraded to open banking until recently. I can now try and link up QBO with Co-op to start my bank feed. However when I try to do it, its not letting me? I can get through the first screen with customer id, user ID (i dont fill in the password field we don't have one?!) I can get through to the next screen to put a code in from my security token and then I get this screen: 

If I click on the go to bank link to test the link it doesn't work (outdated TLS security settings) Is this at problem at your end or Co-ops end? let me know id quite like a proper bank feed :D

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So error 103 means that the credential entered are incorrect or invalid credentials. can you make sure that you're not using the autofill, make sure you have 3rd party access if the bank requires it as well.
