Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, ealingsnuchurch-. Let's go over some procedures to find the current month of the transactions on reconciliation so you can complete the process in QuickBooks Online successfully.

When reconciling in QBO, make sure you select the correct account and ending date. This is done to ensure the correct transactions associated with it appear in the Reconcile section. You can also filter the statement by date so you can view the transactions from the current month.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Funnel icon.
  2. Go to the Date field and choose Custom date.
  3. Select a particular date on the From and To boxes and make sure to choose the current month.
  4. Click Apply.

If you're still unable to see the current month of entries on the reconciliation, it's possible that the transactions you're looking for have already been reconciled. To confirm this, I recommend visiting the Register page and you're able to see the status R(Reconciled) from there. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Gear icon⚙ and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the account you want to review. Then, select Account history in the Action column.
  3. Select the Filter icon, then select the filters you want to apply.
  4. To remove a filter, select the X next to the filter name.
  5. Click Apply.

In case you verified that the entries shouldn't reconciled, you can manually click the status R on the Checkmark column until it shows blank. Then, go back to the Reconciliation page and follow the steps I provided above to see the current transactions.

Lastly, refer to this article if you need various guidelines that will help you fix any reconciliation issue that you might encounter in QBO: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

You can always update us after performing the steps as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just leave a comment below and I'll get back to you, ealingsnuchurch-. Take care always.
