Cannot reconnect Barclaycard with QBO

What message do you get when you try and reconnect to Barlcaycard in QuickBooks. Can we confirm is this Barclaycard business or personal?

Can we ask you to try loading QuickBooks in an incognito window and then trying to reconnect the Barclaycard connection in QBO.
