cant seem to import my statements.

Ive been trying to upload my previous statements but hit a wall, I've downloaded them from hsbc as a PDF as it doesn't give another option.

Ive converted the files from PDF to CSV and now trying to upload but doesn't want to know

 

any ideas

Welcome aboard to the Community. I'm here to help you with importing your bank data into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

You can check the CSV template format to ensure the columns showing are correct. You can try using the three or four columns format for the bank file.
