CIS return query.There are two return lines showing for May that have identical dates and values but onw shows as status 'Unfiled' and the other shows as status 'Open'?

I've checked our records and haven't seen any similar record same as yours, @mugelbbub.

Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to check the reasons behind the return lines showing for May with identical dates and values when submitting CIS returns with two different status. 

I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps to fix this for you.

Here's how to reach them:

1.  Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
3. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
4. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
5. Once done, select the Start a chat or Get a callback option.
