Closed Credit Card - all transactions for 2 years have disappeared

Closed Credit Card - all transactions for 2 years have disappeared

 

I have just recently moved to a new CC but with same bank.  Why have all my previous transactions, which all were categorised disappeared? And how do I get them back as my P&L is way off now.

 

Also I was talking to an agent online and he just disappeared, no "is there anything else I can help you with" after 10 mins of me saying hello hello are you there - I gave up.

 

Is QB really as bad as I am now seeing?  Time to move to another account product/company??
