Need help connecting my bank my bank was connected I deleted by accident and cannot reconnect

Do you mind sharing your bank's name and the error message you got? Any details you can share will help determine if we have a reported issue.

 

In the meantime, we can perform basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. Let's try reconnecting your bank account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If you're able to reconnect it, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache as you may have accumulated too much historical data. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

 

Take note that deleting an account removes all its related transactions. Once you're able to connect your bank again, it'll download recent transactions. You can manually import transactions to add those older ones.
