Hello, lubranocompanylt.

I'm here to help you connect your bank account in QuickBooks Online.

You'll want to go to the Banking page to connect your bank. Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Click the Connect account button (or click the Link account button).
  3. Enter the name of your bank in the search box, then click the result.
  4. Log in using your bank's credentials.
  5. Follow the prompts to proceed with the connection.

More details can be found here: Connect your bank feed using Open Banking.

If you don't see your bank from the list, there are solutions you can do to resolve this. Open this article for the steps and full details: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

Alternatively, you can also manually upload your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online

After connecting your bank account, you can start categorising your transactions for your books.

I'll address other concerns you might have for QuickBooks Online. Just add the details down below such as error messages or screenshots. Here to help.
