Thanks for letting us know, @Justin_IT.

Currently, we're aware of this error, and the product engineers are researching about our bank feeds to comply with new Open Banking regulations. The case code is INV-42733 wherein customers are unable to connect Cater Allen to QBO.

I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get an email update once this is resolved.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QBO.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. And then click Contact Us.
  4. Type your query and click Let's talk.
  5. Choose to Start a chat.

In addition, you can refer to these articles for more details about the benefits of Open Banking:

Keep me notified by leaving a message to this post if you have more questions. I'll be there to assist you. Stay safe and healthy!
