Connecting Santander Bank

Can't connect my santander account, any help with this?

Please find attached screenshot of third attempt at connecting bank.

Hello Arran,

 

From the screenshot, I can see you are attempting to connect through the personal Santander option. Could you please go to add account and search for Satander in the bar? This should give you an option for Santander Business Banking. Please try to connect through this, and let us know if you are able to connect.

Yes. I have a couple of messages. The second message saying to log in to my bank account and try again. Then I try again and still theres an error.

Hello - i'm getting an error when I try to connect to Santander. 

 

I've tried to go on incognito and this doesn't help.

Something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank.

Try signing in again, and check for typos and other errors. If that doesn't work, try signing in on the Santander Business Banking (UK) site. (530)

Hi All. I have newly signed up to Quickbooks on line. Following all the promises. I followed the logo'd link to join my Santander Business Account to my Quickbooks. Mysteriously I am then locked out of internet banking. After 90 mins on the phone with Santander support I am told that it isn't possible to link the accounts. THis is because of the requirement to enter random numbers and text. Apparently Quickbooks have formally been told this time and again, but will not remove the link within the software... NOT a happy customer as a result!
