Description on Bank Trans not coming through suddenly?

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-108485) where the descriptions of bank transactions are not displaying on the For Review tab. Our engineering team is actively working to pinpoint the root cause and find an effective solution.

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our  Support Team. They have access to the tools needed to examine your account in detail and can provide further assistance. Additionally, they can add your account to the list of those affected, ensuring that you receive updates once the issue is resolved. Here's how to contact them:

1. Go to the Help icon.

2. Select the Search tab and click on Contact Us at the bottom.

3. Choose the option Ask about something else, then provide a brief description of your concern and hit Continue.
