Question

Does anybody else have their Bank Accounts automatically updated by QuickBooks and this does not pick up any of the Banking Rules. But if you update it does??

It should update your banking rules when quickbooks automatically updates your account. Which bank is it you have connected?

Hi Ashleigh1, sorry for the very late response but I could not work out how to reply to you.

We use Barclays and if I was to update myself then all items pick up the rules. But if QuickBooks does it in the background it does not.

Also if you go into the transactions and " tweak " it, it then picks up the rules that were there and update correctly.

I have a couple of screenshots if it helps.
