Does anybody know how to exclude the VAT scale charge from my bank reconciliation?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

we don't directly support the VAT scale charge, so this must have been done by yourself or an accountant, so we cant advise on how to remove it, you would need to speak to an accountant on this.
