Question

Does anyone have any tips on importing MileIQ CSVs? I just get error 400. Totally unhelpful

I can help you sort things out, @-restorativepodi

When a cache is kept for a long time, it can cause the browser to behave strangely. Let's go through some basic troubleshooting procedures to see if this is a browser issue.

To begin, open a private/incognito window and log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. The keyboard shortcuts for opening a private/incognito window are as follows:

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

After that, if you're able to import your mileage data seamlessly, then you'll have to clear your regular browser cache.
