Hi, Peter. Allow me to route you to the appropriate team to address your concern about allowing access to a developer.

We have a separate forum called the Intuit development page where you can ask the same question. Thus, I recommend contacting them as they can provide the necessary details and help you achieve your goal. Here's how to connect with them:

  1. Go to our Intuit Developers support page.
  2. Choose OAuth 2.0 or QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Ask a Question, then tap Sign in or Create Account if prompted.

  4. Type your concern in the box, then click Post a question.

Moreover, you may visit this page to have an overview of your data inside QBO: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you have more questions about any other QuickBooks concerns, please let us know by leaving your comment below, Peter. We'd be glad to answer them for you.
