Does anyone know why the Co-Op business banking connection keeps expiring? This is the third time this has happened in the past month.

We've reconnected twice recently, but don't want to be doing this every ten days!

Hi finance-lifeproj,

 

Thank you for reporting about having frequent disconnections with your Co-op Business account.

 

This issue was already reported to our online banking team. They are working with the Co-operative Bank to find the root cause and will provide updates as soon as they have new information or when this will be resolved.

 

I encourage you to contact our QBO Support shortly, so they can get your account details in a more secure environment and link your account to the open ticket. This way, you'll receive updates straight from the online banking team.

 

  1. Click on Help and click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter something like Co-operative Bank keeps expiring (INV-79249) and click Continue.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

If you don't see your new transactions, you can download them from your bank's website and upload them to the Banking page in QuickBooks. Learn more about uploading transactions manually.
