I can’t get Capital on Tap set up as a credit card account, to link to my QB account

It's good to see you here in the Community, @CJ_Gwerin.

I'm here to share some information about connecting your Capital on Tap account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Connecting Capital on Tap is currently unavailable on Open Banking in QuickBooks. You can check out this article to know the supported banks under Open Banking: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

However, you can request support for your bank in QuickBooks. This way, our engineers can review this and consider adding Capital on Tap as one of the supported banks of Open Banking. To do so, feel free to follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
  3. From the Banking menu, click Connect account or Link account.
  4. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

While you can't connect your Capital on Tap account, you can manually import your transactions in QBO. Once imported, you can now categorise and match them to put them into the correct accounts.

Please let me know how things go, @CJ_Gwerin. I'll be around to provide further assistance.
