Dose any one know when the next round of updated bank feeds will come on line to use ?

i use both amex and nat wets Commercial CC for my expenses both have stopped working for last few months. seams a bit pointless using QB if have to do it the old fashion way manually !!!

Hello, @mike221.

 

With the implementation of the Open Banking connection, there are some financial institutions such as American Express (AmEx) and NatWest Commercial CC that has no open banking solution readily available. Currently, our product engineers are working closely with banks and financial institutions to rectify this on-going issue.


For your NatWest Commercial Card, you're required to switch to ClearSpend service in order to continue data access via QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Visit this site: www.natwest.com/clearspend.
  2. Click on the Login or Register with ClearSpend link.

Once completed, you can re-establish your account's connection with QuickBooks using the NatWest Cards Online (UK) provider link.

 

On the other hand., I'd also recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, you'd be added to the affected users' list. Just provide your full name, updated email address, and this investigation number for reference: INV - 39481, INV- 42813 and INV 42733.
