Downloading bank transactions from 2017

I just went back online with QB online. I have been gone for awhile. I downloaded banking transactions and only got 90 days. I need the whole year of 2017. How do I obtain those transactions?

    Welcome back, Julius. How's everything coming along?

     

    Online Banking only downloads up to  90-days worth of transactions when you connect your bank and QuickBooks Online. We can use a valid Web Connect file to upload the rest of the bank transactions. You can ask this file from your financial institution.

    Hi Julius,

     

    I would recommend that you log into your online banking and download a .CSV formatted file (which will open within Microsoft Excel). 

     

    You can then manually import this into the banking section of QuickBooks Online from the dropdown menu on the 'Update' button. It will give you an option to 'Import'.
