Downloading Lloyds bank statements - has anyone actually managed it?

I have half a dozen clients with Lloyds accounts on various versions of QBO.  All get the same "there's a problem, try again in a few hours" error message.

 

Just curious to hear if anyone has managed to successfully do it.

 

If so, any tips?

 

I opened a case with Intuit but they closed it because I didn't reply with an answer in 48 hours and I don't want to have to go through it all again!

We don't currently have any reported issues with Lloyds bank, and our engineering team was unable to reproduce the error locally.

 

To troubleshoot further, please try disconnecting and reconnecting each clients account in QuickBooks. Get back to us if this doesn't fix. 🙂
