Duplicate Bank & Credit Card Accounts

Hi All, 

Sometime ago, when we re-linked the bank account to quickbooks, it ended up with a duplicate bank account for a period of 6 mths and then it revert back to the original bank.

All transactions have been reconciled but it now looks like we have an account with money it and another with an overdraft. 

How can I merge the two banks and two credit cards together to be one again.

Hi Kerry, thanks for joining the Community 🙂 - you can follow our guide linked here to merge the two accounts, this will move all transactions and their reconciliation status from the duplicate account to the account you want to keep.
