Error message for bank account linking

I have been unable to link my bank account to my account due ton the error message 179 stating that I am logged in to my online banking through another device. I have made sure I've been logged out on all my devices for several hours and I still have seen the same message, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, however I've made sure its logged out.

We would be grateful if you de-activate the back ground app refresh in relation to your banking app, wait approximately 30 minutes and attempt to connect/update your bank within QuickBooks.
