Every time I link my bank account it redirects to the main page and isn’t connected I’ve tried over and over again and it’s not working?

Can you also tell us if you're getting an error message aside from getting looped back to the main page? It's possible that a browser issue is preventing you from linking your bank account in QBSE.

 

Let me share some steps that can resolve some of the most common browser issues in the program. 

 

Start by logging in to your account in an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. These keyboard shortcuts will let you open an incognito session: 

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

 
Then, go back to the Banking section and link your account again. If you're able to add it, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online
