FirstDirect connection always asking to update, multiple accounts duplicated...

Exactly as it says in the subject line. 

My QuickBooks keeps asking me to renew the connection, I renew it successfully, go back into QB only to find it's asking me to renew the connection again.

I've got three duplicates of what look like the same account...

Hello Twitcomb, Can we confirm whether you are using QuickBooks Online? If so you should be able to just remove any duplicate connections as long as the newest connection shows the correct balance. If you are using Self Employed QuickBooks let us know as that is a different setup.
