Forms in QBO show our registered office they should show our Admin office. How do I change the address?

I’m delighted to assist you with updating the address displayed on forms in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, annmcdngh.

 

In QBO, the information visible to your customers on sales forms depends on the settings you configure. If you want to make changes, edit them in the settings. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Company tab, then click the Pencil icon in the Address section.
  3. In the Company address field, input the main address for your company.
  4. In the Customer-facing address, enter an address that customers can use to contact you or send payments. If this address is the same as your Company address, check the box labeled Same as company address.
  5. In the Legal address section, provide the legal address you use when filing your company's taxes, or you can also select Same as company address if applicable.
  6. Click Save and then Done.
