German CSV bank does not work even if edited

First, may I know if you encountered a specific error when uploading your CSV file to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? 

Every bank has its own CSV file format. Check once more and ensure that you follow the correct formatting. Then, before trying to import your file again, review if you have chosen the proper columns in the mapping stage.

You can use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
