Had a duplicate of my banks so deleted one, it said it would not delete everything when it was a duplicate, I can not find any bank data going back to when I started with quick books in 2016/17! Is there anything I can do to get all this information

Hi AbbyM1 We may be able to recover the historic transactions into your account. Are you able to either PM us on FaceBook or DM us on Twitter? If you are please provide us with the email address associated with your QuickBooks account, the name of the account that you disconnected, the last four digits of the account number, your name, the name and address of your QuickBooks account and the name of the bank account within your QuickBooks account you wish the transactions to be added to.
