Hello there, @SueA29. I'll help you get bank transactions from a specific period inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, can you tell us the name of the bank account? This way, we can check for possible investigations on our system and provide you with more details on addressing this matter.

In the meantime, we recommend refreshing or updating the accounts connected to your company file to get the latest bank transactions into QuickBooks. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, click the Transactions tab.
3. Select Bank Transactions.
4. Click the Update button.
5. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update. You must enter these credentials within 2 minutes of being prompted. Multi-Factor Authentication is any security precaution that requests more than a single username and password.
