Thanks for getting back to me atc-fencing-hotm, this is a general error that usually self-resolves - please troubleshoot using the iPad by signing in via the Safari browsing app > search for QuickBooks Online UK in the search bar. We've included a help article on fixing bank errors if you find the other device does not fix the error if you can go through the steps in the article which should resolve the error. Any questions just ask🙂

Hi atc-fencing-hotm, we have successful connections to this bank - are you receiving any specific error message or code when linking this, and have you tried from more than one device? 🧐

Hi and thanks for the reply. I haven’t tried from another device no and the only message i keep getting if it doesn’t freeze is “something went wrong, try again in a few days” really annoying. I could try with my daughters iPad if i am able to log into my quickbooks on there?
