Thanks for getting back to me atc-fencing-hotm, this is a general error that usually self-resolves - please troubleshoot using the iPad by signing in via the Safari browsing app > search for QuickBooks Online UK in the search bar. We've included a help article on fixing bank errors if you find the other device does not fix the error if you can go through the steps in the article which should resolve the error.
