Has anyone else struggled to link a First Direct Bank account to QuickBooks? How did you manage to resolve the issue?

We would like to help work with you to resolve this issue, What's preventing you from connecting? Do you get errors? When saying your linking the account will this be the first time its connected? Thanks

Hi,

it connected once and downloaded the last couple of months of transactions but now I’m just getting an error message and I can’t seem to get it to resolve it.

We can work to get this resolved for you. With it having connected previously it may be asking for re-authentication of the connection.

 

What error message do you get and what have you already tried to resolve it(just so we do not ask you to do something you have attempted already)
