I appreciate bringing this manually imported bank transactions issue here, Sally.

I'm here to help you sort this out.

Before we start, may I know the name of your bank so that I can verify if there are any reported issues?

In the meantime, you can access your account using a different supported browser to check if the transactions are visible.

I'm adding these articles to learn more about the importing process:

After importing them successfully, you can start categorising and matching them

Whenever you're ready, take the opportunity to reconcile your bank accounts to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of your financial records. If you need help with the process, visit this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to add your questions to this thread if you need further assistance importing bank transactions or other concerns. I'll be available to help.

Thank you for your response.  I have tried a different browser but this didn't help.

These are manually imported transactions from a csv file which is in the correct format. I receive a successful message once I have selected the transactions to import, but when you go to review the transactions to categorise, there are none showing and it says your all up to date.

Use the trial version of csv2qbo converter tool to isolate the problem.
