Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to address the issue on the last Continue button when connecting a bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

A cache-related issue may be causing the Continue button not to work when reconnecting a bank account in QBO. To isolate this as the root cause, access your account in a private window. You may use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N

Once there, reconnect your bank account. If everything works smoothly and the Continue button works, I recommend going back to your regular browser to clear its cache. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.

I'll also leave this article about connecting your bank account for guidance: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks.

Also, it's good practice to reconcile your accounts to ensure they match your real-life bank statements. Here's an article for reference: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes in the comment section below. If you have any other banking concerns in QuickBooks, feel free to use the Reply button. I'll get right back to you as soon as I can.
