Question

Having problems with bank feeds they are updating but not showing on feeds on mobile app.

App has been playing up for over a week.  My feeds will update but no transactions are showing so can not match up payments.  Working from app I have uinstalled and reinstalled but still not working.

I'd be happy to help you with your bank connection in QuickBooks.

 

Please log into your account online using a web browser or browser app (Chrome for Android or Safari for iOS) and navigate to the Bank transactions page. Here, click on the bank tile and then select Update

 

If the account does not update with recent transactions, please check for any error code or message showing on the banking dashboard. You can see our common banking errors and the steps to take to fix these here.
